What is Pescky Kitchen? We are a southern vegan experience. We specialize in vegan fried chicken, sauces, and sides. Pescky Kitchen prides ourselves in authenticity and transparency. Our Mission is to provide a welcoming experience with a southern vegan menu provided by skilled professionals. So at this point I am sure you are asking the screen, well why Pescky Kitchen.

Let's begin with the why. Growing up, I was not vegan one bit. In high school, I did begin the slow process by cutting out red meats. Slowly but surely, I would cut out all animal products and become vegan. But while I was still eating meat, my favorite thing to eat was fried chicken wings tossed in a SUPER SPICY sauce. I would go to Buffalo Wild Wings every wing Wednesday faithfully. But, once learning about chickens(info for another post) in culinary school, I decided that I no longer wanted to eat mammals. This left me without my favorite food. I tried a few local places and just didn't get the same taste satisfaction as before. I immediately went to work. A year and a half and many many MANY bad recipes later, we now have the Pescky chicken you know and love. 

As you will come to see, my blog posts are not long and drawn out. They are short, informative and to the point. This is my way of showing more of me and a way for you to get to know me better. I can't wait to bring you more information about going vegan, southern vegan cooking, amazing recipes, delicious cocktails, and much more.
