Has your product gotten lost in the mail? Or is it taking a bit too long? We guarantee our pescky chicken products for TEN DAYS past the day it was SHIPPED. This means that if you are still within our two week grace period, your product is still safe and sound. Do you have a sauce you are waiting on? We DO NOT give refunds on sauce UNLESS: your product was broken during the shipping process OR the sauce unsealed during the shipping process. We understand the frustration behind shipping concerns and we do everything in our power to keep track of each shipment that leaves our hands. Thank you for the constant support and understanding.
